Patrizio Bucci

Born in 1990 in Rome, Italy. Started his dance education at “Balletto di Roma” in 2001 and graduated in ballet in 2009 after the 8 years of academy directed by Franca Bartolomei and later by Raffaella Appià. Joined the Mvula Sungani company (Rome, Italy) in 2010 and in 2011 joined Noord Nederlandse Dans (Groningen, Netherlands) until its closing time in December 2012. Joined Joined Project Sally Maastricht in January 2013 where he’s currently working.

He has worked with Itzik Galili, Stephen Shropshire, Martin Harriague, Ronald Wintjens, Stefan Ernst, Keren Levi and has also danced repertoire from Andrea Miller and Conny Janssen.

Patrizio started also to investigate his choreographic language with the support of Project Sally and Via Zuid. He has created 2 choreographies during the Choreographic Residencies at Project Sally and pieces for the Linderberg Dance Company, Dansz and Opleiding Dans Maastricht.
